Message Monitoring - error

Hi,

When Iam opening the RWB-> message Monitoring Iam getting the following error.

Error during communication with the SystemLandscapeDirectory: UserCredentials is invalid or user access is denied. Can anybody help me to resolve this. Thanks inadvance.

Check if you have Runtime workbench access. You will require to have SAP_XI_MONITOR role authorization with your user id.

Check if the XI users (in ABAP) on the system running the SLD are locked. If some are, unlock them.

Are the passwords for the XI users the same cross systems (DEV/QA/PRD) ? By default they have to be ..

XI users are XIAPPLUSER, XIRWBUSER, XIAFUSER etc ...
