Reg: Export the table data to XL,CSV,PDF

Hello All,

I've created a model in VC accesing data from the BAPI.

This BAPI will return the output to a table.

Now, in VC I want to export the output table data to XL , CSV and PDF.

For this I went thru the link :

In the above link the examples are shown for BI Query data sources.

My Qn is: Can we achieve the same for the BAPI Data sources ?

If so how ?

Hi Deepu,

You can use the Export Data action to export the data in the table to the clipboard and then open an excel file and paste the clipboard into the excell sheet. On The coming EhP1 version, we introduce a new action - Export to Excel which will open a new excel sheet with the exported data inside it.

Thanks for ur reply.

It's gud to hear that the EXCEL Functionality is going to be enhanced in future.

But my Qn was about the CSV and PDF .

In the examples the download to CSV and PDF was shown with the help of a BI Query for which a formula was written.

My Qn is : Is it possible to write the formula for the BAPI used Models ( Not BI models ) ?
