Upgrade from SP13 to SP14

we need to upgrade SP Levels of SRM server from SP13 to SP14 what will be the impact on the system.

We are using SRM 5.0

I would suggest to keep 1 level less than the maximum SP level.

The latest support package for SRM 5.0 (SRM_SERVER 5.5) is SP11. Are you talking about NetWeaver patch ? or SRM 4.0 (SRM_SERVER 5.0) ?

Actually Client wants to know what are the extra functionalities will be provided with SP14,
