Hi ! All
I have configured the Soap Reciever Adapter using https
i have configure the Certificate also provided by client.
wsdl is openly publised and working fine without any error
in Runtimew workbench in Communication Channel Monitoring Status is showing Yellow with short log Channel started but inactive . what can be the reason .
can anyone guide me what does it mean :
Channel started but inactive

Did u execute your scenario atleast once??
If not then execute your scenario and the communication channel monitoring the channel would be green or red.

The SOAP Communication channel remains inactive ( yellow ) till it is actually in use.
Try executing the scenario. It should turn green or red .

Hi Abhi,
When ever you configured the SOAP Adapter that time it will be ok , it shows the status as Green.
Aftyer that it will come into the status as Channel started but inactive after that once u send the data to SOAP Adapter it will get active

Hi,
1) Go to Communication channel edit somthing like description and save it and activalte it.
2) Select the option activate.
3) refresh the cache.
when u run the scenario end to end that time ur channel got activated.

in the CC , u have an option to make it active (drop down)....
