Hi Basis experts,
I would just like to check with you, what could be the cause for SMGW connections that are still having status 'connected' by SAPSYS but its obvious that the process has some problem since the connection has been held for many days and there are many such connections. Also, checked with the user and he is not running anything.
Is there something wrong or how can this be automatically cleared? If not, having too many such connections, what may be the impact to the system? Memory usage?
Please could you throw a hint. Thanks!
