Some Components are installed on JAVA Engine:
Integration Builder
Adapter Engine
Runtime Workbench etc.
Some Components are installed on ABAP Engine :
Integration Engine
User Maintenance (it is on Java engine also) etc.
and also, BPM is placed o ABAP engine...
