in "Determine Communication Strategy" settings what's the difference between:
-INT E-Mail
-RML Remote Mail

As far as i can see..
INT Internet mail (SMTP), email using and SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol)
RML Remote mail, mail between two SAPR/3 Systems
Usually mail services are handled by SMTP

what kind of communication types does SAP use in trx SBWP ? INT or RML ?

You mainly get all workflow based communications at SBWP... also internal messages and e-mails when the system is configured to receive external e-mails.
