Profile/roles Message Processor and Key User

Hi,

I am wondering what should be the default profiles/roles for the Message Processor and Key User within Service Desk scenario.

For the Message Processor I created an user with the roles:

SAP_SUPPDESK_ADMIN

SAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE

SAP_SUPPDESK_DISPLAY

SAP_SUPPDESK_PROCESS

but they are not able to open Service Desk messages or access to the dswp transaction.

Any suggestion?
