JSPM Restart

Hi

When i applying java patches through the JSPM i selected single support packages it deployed sap.com/JSPM and Status is Deployed and remaing vender names are not deplyed

THE Message is

JSPM HAS BEEN UPDATED. FOR UPDATE TO TAKE EFFECT, RESTART JSPM, IF THEY ARE STILL SUPPORT PACKAGES IN STATUS NOT DEPLOYED. JSPM WILL PROCEED WITH THEIR DEPLOYMENT WHEN YOU START IT AGAIN.

do i need restart the just JSPM or System..

if i restart the JSPM CLICK ON GO.BAT or is any way to do..

Hi Jayson,

You need to close the tool and start it again. Idea behind this restart is the tool was updated and you need it reinitialize in order new features to take effect. And BTW it is recommended (and sometimes mandatory prerequisite actually) to patch JSPM to at least Netweaver SP you are aiming at.

Restart JSPM means logoff JSPM and logon again...

Otherwise would said restart your J2EE engine.
