Support package PI BASIS finished with last patch 2005_1_700 for 15 (ECC 6)

Hi all,

Im applying Support stack in my system

I downloaded , uncarred & made to load evrything from Application server.

Sequentialy im applying evry thing in order depending on Requirment set.

But when i finished applying PI BASIS 2005_1_700 for 15 in

it thought should take 2006_1_700 in queue automatically.

But it is not getting in to Queue Please advice me on the following.

Hi Rahul,

You have to do the upgrade of plugins using SAINT tcode.

Also refer to the upgrade note of PI basis for requirements before importing.

last patch is 15

also need to download add-on first

000001 PI_BASIS 2006_1_700

Maintenance Software Component (Current View)

apply it in system following the note 1007796 & u can continue with SP's as you already downloaded.

I have downloaded the files

KIPYM03.CAR

KIPYM04.SAR

KIPYM05.SAR

Yes i did the same shaji,

It is correct procedure.

Went to downloads in market place search for supprt packs & patches. " PI_BASIS 2006_1_700"

It showed the Add-on & SP's for PI_BASIS 2006_1_700

Hi,

I have to install the PI_BASIS 2006_1_700 on SCM 5.0.

I have downloaded the files

KIPYM01.CAR

KIPYM02.CAR

KIPYM03.CAR

KIPYM04.SAR

KIPYM05.SAR

I have Uncared the files in /usr/sap/trans and the respective ATT and PAT files are copied to /usr/sap/trans/EPS/in

Now i log on to 000 client [user id other than SAP* and DDIC] and go to SAINT -> Load Packages From Application server

And i go back (F3), but i can not find the new "PI_BASIS 2006_1_700" in the list of Add-Ons

Previous Patch level = SAPKIPYJ7D PI_BASIS 2005_1_700: patch 0013

Pleae advice, am i missing something?

i have also checked the following Notes, could not fix the add-on installation issue

Pl. see Note 1007796 - Installation/Upgrade Basis Plug-In (PI_BASIS) 2006.1

Follow the procedure to upgrade to PI BASIS 2006_1_700 as explained in the note. The password is also mentioned in the note.
