Project System, CN41, add fields in the structure overview

Hello:

I have a question concerning the tx CN41 Structure Overview:

By default I can see certain columns in the overview. I would like to add some fields. This is the way I tried to do it but it didn´t work out BECAUSE THE FIELDS I WANT TO ADD DON´T APPEAR EN THE "NEW ENTRIES" OPTIONS:

- tx OPTU, "Structur overview", Displayed Fields "Z01"

- "New Entries"

- The fields that appear in this option do not include "Project type" (the field that I would like to add)

(if I take for example this way: tx OPTU, "WBS Elements", Displayed Fields "Z01", "New Entries", the wanted field is shown but I don´t know what to do in order to visualize this field in the structure overview CN41)

Can anybody help me out, please?

Hi!

In CN41 there is no provison to capture Project type.

Genaraly the project codes are used to identify project type, (the first 2 characters).If you are using similar coding, there will be no need to capture project type seperately.

Else, you can use User Defined fields.In user defined fields u can store project type.These fields can be selected in CN41.
