How to Create Users in XI.

When I am trying to access integration Buider through browser it only accepting XISUPER user. How to do access with different users also. Which roles I have to create for the above process.

Hi,

just copy XISUPER (SU01). You have to put only the password twice.

Hey Guys,

I'm having problems when I want to access the Integration Builder with a different user from XISUPER, I am getting an Authorization Error, unknown user name or incorrect password.

I create MYUSER just like the XISUPER with the following steps:

1. Create the user with SU01 txn.

User= MYUSER

Tab Address= MYDATA

Tab Logon Data= Password/ Dialog Type

Tab Role= SAP_BC_AI_LANDSCAPE_DB_RFC

SAP_SLD_ADMINISTRATOR

SAP_XI_ADMINISTRATOR

SAP_XI_CONFIGURATOR

SAP_XI_CONTENT_ORGANIZER

SAP_XI_DEVELOPER

SAP_XI_MONITOR

2. Save and exit SU01

3. Log on to the Integration server host to switch the initial password to a valid password

4. Restart the SAP J2EE engine

XISUPER works great, but when I try to log on with MYUSER it does not work at all.

Am I missing something ??

Create user using SU01 transaction. Enter the username and click on the first button (create).

1. Address Tab

Enter the user details

2. Logon Data Tab

Enter the initial password. Make sure user type is Dialog (it is by default).

3. Roles Tab

SAP_XI_DEVELOPER

SAP_SLD_DEVELOPER

SAP_XI_MONITOR

(if the user is admin give the admin roles)

Before logging on to the Integration Builder, logon to ABAP stack (SAPGUI frontend on windows or java) at least once. Then logon to Int.Builder components.

Hey,

Use SU01 transaction to view the user and go to roles tab. then give the following roles,

SAP_XI_* (except the service roles, give admin roles if needed)

SAP_BC_AI_LANDSCAPE_DB_RFC

SAP_SLD_ADMINISTRATOR
