Hi experts

Is there more than one type of auctio and which are ?

In SRM 5.0 when I go to transaction types I can find just one AUC4 is it correctly?

Hi Nilson,

You can configure the various auction types under Supplier relationship management- SRM Server - Cross application settings - Define transaction types.

Some of the standard Auction types are

English Auction

Only Rank Auction

Covered Bidding

Company Bid

Is there some note to insert the types you mentioned or I need to copy from AUC4 ?

What is configuration the each one must have?

Hi Nilson,

You need to copy the auction AUC4 and create the rest. Basically you can set the Bid evaluation conditions in the auction type and you can select the feilds you want in the 'Hide feilds on the applet' section.
