Hi

TCODE is a client independent

if you take mm01 tcode

that can be opened in any client

but the data in that will be diff

data is client dependent but TCODE is client independent

Basically the TCode is client independent.

But the authorization to use a transaction can vary i.e. you might be allowed to use the TCode in one client, but not in a different one.

Aswlkm Subhani,

Just for additional info.The field MANDT in the table is what determines whether a table is client independent or client dependant.If we see the TSTC table there is no field called MANDT which indicates that it is CLIENT INDEPENDENT.ie If there are multiple clients in development server,it will be available across all the clients and there is no need of client specific import using SCC1.
