urgent problem....

This is an urgent problem....

I have a order quantity of 500...

I am trying to deliver 506...

in vl02n, when i entered 506, the system says picked quantity is more than delivery quantity...

what does that mean...and instead of manually chaning...why is the tolerance not getting activated..can anyone tell...or please show me a way to solve this problem.

Dear raghu ram

In delivery, there will be two columns under "Picking" tab. One is Delivery Quantity and another one is Picked Qty. You need to maintain the same value here. In your case, it should be 506 in both the above fields. You would have probably, tried to enter 506 in picked quantity whereas 500 would be flowing in delivery quantity.

Hi Raghu Ram,

Always, the delivery quantity should be equal to picked quantity. So just maintain same quantity for both picked and delivery.. your problem will be solved..
