CIF Error "Base unit of measure for product 0000000003000021

Dear all,

The Material Basic Unit of Measurement has been changed from "NO" to "SU" in ECC 6.0, which we would like to update through CIF in APO Product Master, where it is giving error in SMQ1 of R/3 ( ECC 6.0).

Please help.

I am assuming that the base unit of measure is not established as a Unit of measure in CUNI transaction in APO. First establish the UoM and then do transfer.

Hi,

Delete the product in APO and then transfer it again from R/3.

I hope there are no orders/transaction data for this product in APO.

The BUM can not be changed in APO. So you have to delete this and retransfer the product.
