Hi,sap gurus

when i tried to post f-90 below Error coming,pls help me.

contact you system administrator(table Error)

message No-aa824

Diagnosis

No accounts havebeen entered for deprecation area 01 for account allocation 100000(chart of accounts)

procedure

maintain the accounts for dep.area 01.

pls solve this probelm.

Maintain required GL accounts in T.Code: A090

maintain gl account for you chart of accounts for balance sheet/and depreciation.

SPRO>Financial Accounting>Asset Accounting>Integration with the General Ledger>Assign G/L Accounts

select yout COA and navigate to account determination then select account determination and assign accounts. Here mainly you have give accounts for

1.Acquisition:Acquis. and production costs

2.Gain from asset sale

3.Loss from asset sale

4.Clearing acct. revenue from asset sale

now move to depreciation

1.Acc.dep. accnt.for ordinary depreciation

2.Expense account for ordinary depreciat.

3.Expense account for ord. dep. below zero
