Unable to change exchange rate during pricing

My client needs to change the exchange rate during billing to affect both the condition and the posting. But I could not change the exchange rate when creating/changing billing and I noticed that the "Set Exchange rt" is checked and unchangable,

How could I change the exchange rate during billing?

Hi,

Since you want to change the Header Exchange Rate in billing which is not possible in normal scenario, you can try with User Exit EXIT_SAPLV60B_001.
