No usage decision for In-process Inspection lots

Hi All,

I am new to this forum, and i seen all the Q's and solutions from the exports, these are very good for learners like me

HOW CAN WE DO AUTOMATIC UD (No usage decision for In-process Inspection lots) for in-processed Inspection lots

when i am doing from QA32, After results recoding and automatic validation status of the lot is converting

from REL CALC ORRQ to INSP DEF ORRQ and lot will be remain for UD plz help me on this issue..

Hi Vattijonnala,

For automatic UD the plant dependent QM setting at plant level need to be maintained (Waiting time (hrs))

In the t-code QA10 we can get the list of the insp lot for which result recording is done & UD is not done.

you can set a batch job to run this .......T-code QA17

Thanks for your responce, actually i want to do automatic UD for accepted lots and if any Inspection characteristics were rejected UD has to be done manually by QA Head

plz help me on this

He has already told you how. In SAP the automatic batch job will ONLY process lots where all the results completed and in spec.

Any thing incomplete or out of spec requires a manual UD.
