I need to deactivate availability chk in sales order and activate it in del how do i do it

plss assist

Dear Maddy,

If you want to deactivate availability check at sales order level you have remove the configuration settings in these areas.

1.Carry out control for availbility check

2.Define procedure for each scedule line category.

If you want to activate the availability check at delivery level you have to do these configuration settings.

1.Carry out control for availbility check.

2.Determine procedure for Each Delivery item category.

To do these setting fallow this IMG path

SPRO>Sales and Distribution>Basic functions>Availability check and Transfer of Requirements>Availabilty check

-->Click on Carry out control for availability check

Here you remove the checking rule 'A' - SD order assignment with Checking group 01or 02 or CH any other checking group.

-->Maintain the checking rule *'B'* - SD Delivery assignment with Checking group 01or 02 or CH or any other checking group

-->Click on Define procedure for each scedule line category go in to details remove the check marks for your schedule line categories.

--->Click on Determine procedure for Each Delivery item category, go in to details here check the delivery item category is marked as relevent for availability check or not.

If not maintain as relevent for availability check.

Now you can able get Availability check at Delivery

Hello Maddy,

Go to SD - Basic functions - Availability check - Define procedure for each scheduline category.

Here, unselect the check box for availibility checking.

Next, go to t-code VOV6 and uncheck the availability check box for the relevant scheduline category.

This will deactivate the availability check at order level.

Now in order to activate the same at Delivery level.

First, go to t-code OVZ9 and change the checking rule for carrying out availability check from A - Sales order to B - Delivery order. This will enable to carry availability check at delivery level.

Next, to activate the same Go to SD - Basic functions - Availability check - Determine procedure for each delivery item category. Select the relevant delivery category and activate the availability check here.

This will deactivate the availability check at order level and activate the same at delivery level.

Hi,

While doing availablilty check please you configure this through checking rule. In checking rule u maintain that check will happen at delivery level...
