mdm uom manager

Hi all,

Anybody have any documents for MDM UOM(unit of measure) manager. I have got the installation. But when i am running it, it gives the following error message:

Please install xCAT COM version 4.054 or higher.

Do anybody have any idea about it, Cna you send me the link from where i can download this installable.

Also any documents on MDM UOM manager.
