ADS Configuaration prerequisites

Hi,

I would like to work implement Adobe forms using webDynpro-Java.

To work with Adobe, what all the things require to configure....

Do we need to purchase any Adobe reader for this? How we will getting credential file?

Kindly guide me on this....

Hi Venkat,

ADS Configuaration prerequisites are:

1. JDK 1.4

2. Netweaver Developer Studio 7.0.8

3. Adobe Live Cycle Designer 7.0.1

4. ACF ( Patch 11 or Patch 13)

5. Adobe reader 7.x

6 . Internet Explorer 6.X

I have been followed all those. I got stuck at some wer....I mean i m not using sneak preview and all....

Here they mentioned that v need to upload credential file at visual admin. Here in sdn v will get credential file, but it is having only few days of validity period. I need a credential file for long period. wer will i get that credential file. how will i get that?

Thanks for your immediate replies..But kindly let me know which version i need to install...

Here i m using EP Version 9 and its SP level is 15 in NW2004s.

I m going to install NWDI. If it is NWDS, which version would b the best......

it works fine on 2004s SP09 onwards. I didn't tried former versions.

and JDK you can use 1.4.2_09
