Hi,
I have the following scenario
1) Created a project under company code EC01 and I have assigned a work center from another plant code EC02
2) Upon creating the sales order, the wbs element is updated (retrieve from project WBS) under 'Account Assignment' tab in sales order line items and resulted in an error 'The CO account assignment object belongs to company code EC01, not EC02'
The system response was 'Company code validation is active for company code EC02:'. I have followed the step indicated to deactivate the reconcilation ledger as well as ensuring that the message control 'OBA5' is a setup as warning instead of error. This is under application area KI and message number '100'.
However, the message still appears as error instead of warning.
Pl advised.

I have the same scenario. IT works in my QA environmnet but not in PRD. Can anyone point me in the right direction for investigation?
