How to change EWA Alert EMail Display name.

Hi,

I am getting EWA alerts to my inbox. Initial it was configured with one user ID and EWA mails iam getting mail ID which we configured in that user ID. Later I have changed mail ID BASIS group ID in that user (user master communication field). But I am getting some system emails display name as user name and some system mails display name as BASIS group ID.

three months back I have changed this mail ID but I got mails display name as BASIS group. But from last week i am getting this kind change. Please let me know where canI change this option.
