Hi all, I am working in SRM 4.0 and I have a confirmation that has been created in SRM but has an Error in Process status when it was transfer to backend.
How can I see if the problem become for an IDOC?
In application monitors and RZ20 I can´t see the problem for this confirmation.
How can I search the IDOC that fail in BD87? or send the Confimation error to application monitors again?

Hi Rosa,
Check the idocs in ECC or R/3 in transaction WE02.
There you will have error messages.
Once error message is solved, you can reprocess the erroneous idocs through BD87.
