Problems in SP 13

Hello All,

Recently we upgraded our XI box from SP 10 to SP13(SAP_BASIS frm 10 to 13).After that while processing aync RFC messages the messages are held up in a queue.When tried to activate it gave SYSFAIL error in FM SXMS_ASYNC_EXEC.The short dump analysis gave exception CX_XMS_SYSERR_PERSIST

The interface was working fine initially and no changes were made to that after applying the patch. I searched on the OSS which suggests to apply some notes available in SP14.

Has anyone encountered such problem before.

Implement OSS Note 865467. This problem is resolved in SP14. That means either implement this note for the problem or apply the SP14 to resolve this issue.

I'd rather apply support pack when it is available.

Hi Rajeev,

Acitivate the cache in IE and also CPA cache on the J2ee engine.
