I have 500 goods as stock

customer has ordered 300

but when i create sales order, it is still accepting 320...

it should not accept more than what the customer orders...right? what is to be done?? please explain me

Hi,

You can always change the quantity of goods manually when you are creating the sales order.

Just enter the quantity which the customer has ordered, rather than what it is accepting.

Sales order value doesnt really get updated automatically, still if it happens for only one order you can change it manually.
