SMARTFORMS font not maintained

Dear all,

I am trying to print a SMARTFORM that contains a font TIMES 10.0pt.

The error returned is "Font family TIMES100 not maintained".

If i try this font in a SAPScript, it works fine.

Is there any settings that are required as a plus in order to make this font available for SMARTFORM as well?

Does the device type for the output device differ from SAPscript to SMARTFORM?!

Please help and reply if you have any suggestions

SE73

You need to maintain fonts / device type using above transaction.

The problem seemed to be not from TIMES, but from another font that used POST SCRIPT. The output device was not set for POST SCRIPT, there fore, the error occurred.

Why the error was on times and not on the wrong font, remains a mystery.

Dear,

Create your own style.

smartforms(TCODE).

Select style radio button and then write the style name for exapmle zstyle and create.

create paragraph form TM.

go on font tab and select font family TIME and font size 10.pt and activate.

After create and activate the style. go in you smart forms and in the field where you want to display the font family time write TM. and in output option tab write style name zstyle.
