Revert back the transports done using CMS

Hi.

Please let me know how to revert back the transports that are done using CMS.

If once the transport of the namespace has been done from DEV to CONS, can we revert back the transport so that the CONS system will have only those objects that it had before the transport.

I've gone through help.sap.com and some of the forums here regarding transports, but couldn't find the solution.

Please help me out in this regard.

Hi,

It is not possbile revert back the changes that are done using CMS. There is a scope to redo these changes at Oracle database level by redo logs but it is not at all suggestible as it may lead to inconsistencies.

You might have to look into the history of the software component version history on your consolidation system and get back to older version. My guess is that all objects under that might get rolled back. If not, may be you have to do a roll back on all the objects manually.
