Hi,

For easy Cost Planning Costing model need to be created where all the activity details with respective cost will be assigned. For doing ECP for Order, only aditional details such as Labour Hours / additional cost will be assigned only.

Please follow the following steps for creating Costing Model.

1. Transaction Code : CKCM

2. Enter the name of Costing Model

3. Create Characteristics & enter the following data there

-Description

-Chars Group

-Data Type

-Number of Chars

4. Select Single Value, Entry Required

5. In the value define the requirement

6. In the restriction choose select Class type (051 Costing Model)

Hope this will help you.

Hope this Explanation helps you,

Comming to Worklists

This area contains the

1.Planning forms,

2.Characteristics and

3. Roles.

These are the predefined directories. The worklists provide an overview of the data present in the system and a user-friendly view of its structure. Once you have loaded the most frequently used planning forms, characteristics and roles into the worklists, they are always available for you to use. The directories can be made available to everyone, or limited to a specific role to which you must have been assigned, or defined in such a way that they are only available for your yourself to use.

Characteristics represent the cost incurring functions of a planning process in the costing model. A characteristic can be assigned to more than one costing model.

Thx & Rgds, N Gowda
