year end activities in SD

Hi Gurus,

What are the year end activities takes place in SD view.

Hi,

As such there are no specific activies in SD if you process all your activities in foreground.

But if you do your activities in background, please ensure that the activities are completed.

Check the sales flow from order to billing has been completed.

Confirm the sales data with FI and MM people related to the data of SD.

Hi Jyothi,

if it is a indian implimentation you have to take care of indian taxation , because lot of taxes are taken place in india like Education cess , service tax etc.. in this how much we have to pay to the govenment and how much excess we have paid etc.. and how many invoices pending etc...

hi,

its not so much as compared to an FI module but few things like accounting documents need to be cleared, all the year end reports which include the SD part generally profitablity reports which need to capture the SD pricing conditions since they are mapped to COPA value fields. Any settlements with respect Rebates, any other accruals need to be taken care to represent correct revenue.
