Would I be correct in saying that the only person who can create a transport(s) is the person who has created the issue?
At this point we have 3 groups that are creating transport (not using Solution Manager at this time) for any given change request. These change requests could contain; ABAP, Security and Config work.
Does the person who created the issue now nee to create the 3 transports.
