Unable to see the Archived Printlist through OADR or OAAD

Hi,

I am trying to archive printlist but getting an error "SAP ArchiveLink (no entry found)".

These are the Config steps I followed.

1. A custom repository ID has been created for this purpose through OACO. (Connection test successful).

2. TOADL is maintained as a link table through TxnOAD3.

3. OAC3 configuration has been maintained. (Object type SOOD, Doc.type GENPRILIST, link table TOADL).

4. Output device ARCH (device type ARCHIXOS) has been defined.

Once the printlists are generated, I see them in SP01 with status 'Archive'. Then I go to OAM1, push the rrequests from Storage Queue. Once I push them, it goes to Storage requests. At this point I am not sure, whether I need to do anything lese or not.

Anyway, after this point I go to OADR or OAAD, but gets this error *"SAP ArchiveLink (no entry found)". The error being that entries are not created in TOADL.

Can someone please help with this issue? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks a lot. It worked after,

1. I changed the link table from TOADL to TOA01 in OAC3.

2. I maintained the number range for the ARCHIVELINK object through OANR.

Thanks a lot again.

All our print lists use TOADL.

Your issue was the number range I beleive.

Thanks.

Hi Karthik,

I do not know if that would help you but in my OAC3 configuration I have Object type SOOD, Doc.type GENPRILIST, link table TOA01.

Maybe you can try to change the relationship and check if it works.

Hi,

I've also implemented Print list archiving and we also use table TOA01 as a link table.

I'm not sure at all that it's possible to use TOADL....
