CK11N Wrong value

Hi I'm Flavia

We are creating a cost estimate with quantity structure.

We are creating it from 01.01.2008 to 31.12.9999 but the values that

system shows are not correct for internal activities according to the

parameters we have set in the costing variant.

But if we create the same cost estimate from 04.04.2008 to 31.12.9999

the values are OK. We have checked the activities prices and they are equal from all

periods. We do not understand the system behaviour.

Note: the problem is that the system takes the price wrong for the plant 1000 in 01.01.2008

you can change the material price in CK11N (before release)or through MR21 (before or after release) this can update material master price

Sorry perhaps I was not very clear. The problems is with the price planning in the activity type to this product ( master recipe).

When I run CK11n to product XXXX for plant 1000 the price planning that I put in the TCODE KP26 is not wear (VERSION ONE), because the system use the other price planning ( VERSION CERO) But If I change the date the system wear this correct price planning. (VERSION ONE),

I dont no why the system use the other price for 01.01.2008 and the correct price for the 04.04.2008. With another plant run ok, the same price planning is used for all period.

If we saw KP26 we have:

Variable Price -Fiscal Year 2008 - Period 1 to 12

VERSION CERO

CTOIND = 332.53

HSHOMB = 32.79

Variable Price -Fiscal Year 2008 - Period 1 to 12

VERSION ONE

CTOIND = 135.83

HSHOMB = 221.49

Dear Flavia,

please check the go live date or f Year for your com.

as per your first mail when you are taking 1.1.2008 to 31.12.9999

system showing worng values it means in that date there is no values in you system

but you are taking 1.1.2008 system split the value through out the year but actual value is related to only 9 months.

for Ex: you are using the system 1.04.2008 your value is

900 /- for 9 months if you go and compare, it's right (900/9months= 100/-)

but you are taking the values from 1.1.2008 it means 900/12 months = 75/-

I have checked into my system In this particular case I checked customizing of my transfer control PC01 and I did some changes and with this options run OK in every plant.

Hi Flavia

When u go through the T.Code. CK11N which update the material master price which is define by system as moving average price.on the moving avg price it calculate the price for the specific period. this T.code use for periodic basis. when u enter the cost estimation through the CK11N or CK24 which change the material master values in material master.
