whenever I try to open a new message at http:/service.sap.com/message and I click on the SYSTEM SID, I get this error message:
An error occurred while processing your request.
Reference #125.e0134f04.1207585429.0
I also get the same error when requesting a license key when clicking on the installation number.
Am I alone?
Sorry for answering so late.
I found out that my SSL certificate had expired, So, I went in Firefox, deleted the certificate and recreated again.
These certificate expire after 1 year.

For errors with the SAP Service Marketplace, send an email to the address <sapnet at sap.com> (cheated to bypass the email address filter) and give as much detail as you can concerning how you encountered the error and the exact error message. Screen shots in JPEG file format are also helpful.
