PRs not transferring to R/3

Hello Experts,

We are using APO 3.1 and R/3 4.6B systems.

We are facing a problem i.e., PRs data suppose to sent R/3 automatically after running the Heuristics in the SNP (APO) . But in our case we are running CIF reconciliation (/sapapo/ccr) to send the PRs to R/3.

We have maintained the Distribution Definition, Active Integration Model for PR & PO, RFC connections and (SNP) immediate transfer option.

Please let me know is there any configuration is missing...

Thanks in Advance

Babu

Hi,

The user setting (APP-BATCH, in this case) needs to be set at 'Default' in the 'Recording' column for the transfer to take place. As Harish has indicated, the CIF settings override customization.

whats the setting for IMG under SAP Advanced Planner and Optimizer (SAP APO) --> Supply Chain Planning -->Supply Network Planning (SNP) -->Basic Settings --> Configure Transfer to OLTP Systems

is SNP set to immmediate transfer?

Note that the settings you make in the CIF transaction User Settings (/sapapo/c4) , can overwrite the settings made here

If the PRs are getting transferred using CCR, I am certain that the queues are getting stuck either in APO outbound or R3 inbound. The queues could be in waiting status due to some transitory issues with CIF. You may want to check with BASIS team on R3 connectivity, CIF settings and also have programs that keep trying to activate the queues in waiting status (check for threads in this forum with search terms that refer to activating queues in ready/waiting status)

Hi,

As Prafulla mentioned, please check whether the publication rules have been set for the store/locations concerned. Also, take a look at transaction /SAPAPO/C5 (Publish orders) and execute to check whether there are orders sitting on the APO end which are waiting to be published to R3.

Hi Vinod,

The Transaction /SAPAPO/C5 works the same as CCR Transaction.

The orders are transferring to R/3 only when these Transactions are executed or else not. "Immediate transfer" is also selected in "Transfer to OLTP settings" even though orders are not being sent with out executing the above transactions.

What is the need to run these transactions as they are supposed to transfer automatically?

Best Regards

Babu.

Check the /n/SAPAPO/CC -

Log and /n/SAPAPO/CPP log and find out the reason for not sending to R3.

The main reason could be Material might have blocked for procurement. Check and confirm
