The document below shows how to create an Interactive Form based on Adobe software for an offline scenario using plain ABAP, with no Web Dynpro:
[Offline Interactive Forms Using ABAP|https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/c2567f2b-0b01-0010-b7b5-977cbf80665d ]
Furthermore, u need to configure SFP:
[SAP Interactive Forms by Adobe - Configuration Guides|https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/adobe?rid=/webcontent/uuid/90355269-4d89-2a10-0bb9-f388704f1dcd]
Hope this help u,
Best regards,
Vinh Vo
