Can any one explain teh purpose of CIN and procedure to map to SAP

The purpose of CIN and procedure MAP to SAP is
In India we have lot of tax procedures available based on the geographycal area.
Based on the where the Manufacturing unit is situated and to whome (Customer)we are going to supply the Material, the tax(Local Sales tax ,Cetral sales tax,Excise duty,Education cess ..etc) rate will be apllicable.
So to get the tax rates according to the specified norms given by the Indian Govt, the CIN procedure sujusted by the SAP Company that is purpose to use CIN in the SAP.

CIN is an configuration used only in Indian Manufacturing Scenario. CIN refers to Country India Version. CIN version have been specially designed by SAP to meet the Excise requirement in Indian Manufacturing Environment.
The steps are already mentioned in earlier response. CIN is only applicable in Indian Manufacturing Scenario.
