When sending mail from SAP
The mail on some occasions is successfully delivered and on some occasions not delivered for the Same user id
Error message says:
Processing was terminated in the SAP system. The reason is given in the details below:
No ESMTP Plug-In Is Available for SAPconnect
Application Server Used by the Send Process:
(Schedule Send Process on App.Server with Plug-In)
All this is happening in Q system,
but successfully delivered for the same code under all circumstances in D system

What may be happening is the background task that sends the jobs is being run on a server that has not been setup to run the SMTP plugin. A quick way to fix this is to setup the background task to run just on the one server that has the SMTP plugin setup.
Another way to fix this would be to log directly into the other application servers and and setup the SMTP plugin (you might have to check both SICF and the setup of the email servers in SCOT).
