Qm certificate issue

Dear guru's.

I have Define key for certificate processing and assign it in material master qm veiw.

At the time of godds receipt (MIGO) system is giving me error message that." A category Z001 inspected certificate is required"

In the certificate I have assign certificate for each PO

and message type is ERROR massage

After I say Yes for enclosed certificate in MIGO (purchase order data ) message should remove.

But I am not able to remove the aboue message.

wat i have to do.

hi

while doing MIGO you have to specify whether certificate is recevied or not ,iam not in before the system ,so in the item detial screen there is a option to specify whether the certificate is received or not .kindly check in the item details screen in MIGO itself

If u maintain the settings for certificate receiving then you have to input yes in PO item screen . the eror message is not coming

i think in your PO there are more than one item hence select the reseptive item details screen and specify the certificate has received and then try
