Dear raghu ram

1) If there is no subsequent document to sale order, you can certainly delete the same.

2) Tax will always be determined based on Ship to Party and this will be controlled based on the combination you maintain in VK11 / UTXJ. You cannot change the tax value manually in sale order but you can change the tax code while sale order creation, provided the same is maintained in VK11 / UTXJ

thanks

Hello,

You can delete a sales order, if no subsequent documents exesting. If existing you need to reverse all the document before deleting it.

But instead of deleting a sales document you can reject the document by putting a 'reason for rejection' in the order. It is always advicable to reject the order insted of deleting it.

You can put tax manually in the order if you have configured the tax condition in that way. But always maintain the tax automatically.

Hi,

you can delete a sales order only if the subsequent documents like delivery and billing are cancelled.

check that and then go for change sales order and then select the trash bin icon on the change indicator.

This will delete the sales order.

also for enterin tax manually, what you can do is go in img - sales and distribution - pricing - maintain pricing proc - select the condition type and mark it as manaul.

regards,

Siddharth.
