Mail Sent Via VA41 But not Via VA42

Hi Guys

I am sending a mail on either creating or changing a contract,Everything is working fine in D environment

But when moved to Q

The mail is sent thru VA41 but from VA42 mail is getting stuck at SOST (in red colour)

So mail is not being sent via VA42

Dear Kittu,

--->First check the Reciepent ID is correct or not the communication detail screen.

--->If the recepient ID is correct then take help of ABAPer to debug the program is there any BUg is exists,Because the logic when it will be sent to reciepent might be mention in the program.

Thanks for the answer

I am an Abaper the Email is being sent in D system for

both VA41 and VA42

But when moved to Q the email si sent only for VA41 and not for VA42

Dear Reddy,

I think While moving to Q system there may be some inconsistence check that with compare to the D system.

One thing we can find this is working for the VA41 means Configuration is correct.

Check is there any requirement routine is available in the Output determination procedure for that output type.

Get help from the SD functional consultent to check the output related settings, Reciepent Mail ID and configuration.

It may related to some technical look in to that angle
