ITS Search Help Fields not transferred back to screen

Hi

I have created a search help in SAP SRM shopping cart to use a search exit function to grab data from R/3 system using a remote call.

I added this search help in screen painter for the screen field c/o name in shopping cart shipping info screen 310.

I also used F4helpbutton search function in ITS html screen 310 to refer to the screen field.

Everything works fine i get the search popup but when i select the entry the results are transferred but not all parameters i get only first parameter but if i hot refresh all 3 fields show up.

here is the search help interface

zconame is the search help

coname both IMPort and EXPort

phone only EXPort

email only export

when i get results back i get only coname everytime but refresh brings everything back

Any help is appreciated if someone went through same issue before??????

Hi Experts,

I am facing the same issue, in SRM SC, we are extracting WBS Elements from R/3, when we hit one record on hit list, value is not returning to Screen.

Pls Advice.

screen painter se51 has to be coded to update dynpro fields
