Interface mapping xx Software Component xx does not exist in runtime cache.

Hi All,

I have created 2 Interface mappings with single mapping.

In the Interface determination I provided the condition to choose which Interface mapping has to take place.

It worked last week.Now i done few changes , now its not working showing error as

"Interface mapping Object ID D13DC311E9EC35C9A2FD1012AAA27231 Software Component 96C87520A84D11DCC6BBF7DE0A050231 does not exist in r

untime cache "

I refreshed the cache and evywhere.But still its showing the same.

Anyone has any idea what might be wrong here.

Hi Deepthi

First activate your mapping in the repository and then related interface mapping

after that make a full CACHE refresh either by

1) SXI_CACHE

2)http://<host>:5<sys#>00/CPACache/refresh?mode=full Full CPA cache refresh

3) goto environment tab and there cache refresh full.

This will solve ur problem

this is cache problem only if your receiver determination is intact.

Go to SXI_CACHE, do delta refresh and complete refresh; and delete the AE cache too.

still gives problem, restart server
