SP2 Patch2

I see new GUI components SP2 Patch 2(5.5.24.09) in SAP Service Marketplace support packages list, but they didn't work with MDM Server 5.5.24.06 and new server patch don't released yet.

What goes wrong? Or still waiting new MDM Server in spite of having new GUI?

Hi Dmirty,

MDM Server can only be accessed with MDM client tools with same version. Any version mismatch between them is not acceptable.

Anyway, hope you are aware that SP3 is on its way....

SP2 Patch 2(5.5.24.09) is the latest build available for SAP MDM, which accessible only to SP2 dedicated server pwdf3062. The same thing for the upcoming SP3 versions as Rajani said. please find the some of the SP3 features below...

1. Import Manager process will be more automic like picking the xml files from the folders. There will 4 folders like Archive,Log,Ready and Status.

2. Retail features - Product matrix

3. New Publication features.

as Win32 application?

Hi,

SP3 will be on similar lines to SP2 but few additional functionalities like maintenance iViews, improved Syndicator etc will be added. This is also Win32 application.
