Error (partial delivery)

Dear SD Gurus,

I am facing one problem while doing partial delivery in case of BOM.

I have Item catagory TAP for header item & TAN for item level.

For first partial delivery it is working fine.

But when I am creating second partial delivery Bom is not exploding in delivery only header material get copied in delivery.

Can somone plz throw some light on the same.

Its urgent.

Dear Sd gurus,

I got the solution for the same problem that was in Item catagory TAN we have maintained item type as value Item (A). I remove that to standard item & system is working fine can some one throw light on the same.
