Hi Gurus,
i am unable to found the conditin value in Sales order.
1. condition record was found, and it shows in pricing anylasis also. but that % was not reflecting in so.
in that pricing analysis system shows "Condition record Exists, but not been set".
Condition validity dates also correct.
can i know what are the possible reasons for this???

Hi,
its because there would be some other condition type following this which is active and naturally the earlier one would become inactive. To elaborate more for example you are having two discounts maintained and want to give the best then we conditin exclusion groups. So, if one of the condition is active(ie the best discount or price) then other one should become inactive else you end up giving more discount. Validity and others might all be there but this is the reason.
You may even check it this way, put a pricing condition ZPR0 after that put PR00 and maintain records for both of them, put a line list price below PR00. Maintain conditin records for both ZPR0 and PR00, ensure they are valid for the sales order, now you will find that only PR00 is set but ZPR0 is inactive. you will get the message condition record exists but has not been set.
10----ZPR0 = 100
20----PR00 = 150
30--- listprice
Now for 30----list price you will see 150 and not 100.

it may be little error.
sometimes order condition value is not picked then double click the line item goto CONDITION tab
click on UPDATE button select the B new pricing value is carrying.
else
condition record criteria is not match in the order.
example
if u create condition record based on SORG+ Customer Group+ Material+Customer
u entered everything apart Customer Group in the sales order then system will not pickup the value.
so check exact condition record crieteria

Condition record is not picking since the values for which you maintained the record is not set in order. for example if you have maintained record for sales org and customer group so
check customer group in order

Go to sales order and In item level of the faulty material select conditons tab and do "carry out new pricng" may it will solves ur problem.
