Change Settlement Strategy on a Operative Project

Is there any method of changing the settlement strategy on a operative project?

Hi.

If you already created a settlement rule for the project, manually or with t-code CJB2, you won't be able to create another rule with CJB2, it needs to be maintained manually.

Be aware, if the settlement rule already have been executed and you want to delete it, you need to cancel every posting, you can verify if the columns "First Used" & "Last Used" have dates.

Hi,

Settlement Strategy can be changed in Operative Project. Please following steps for this.

Project Builder (CJ20N) ->Edit>Cost>Settlement Rule>Go to -->Settlement Parameters.

You can change the settlement parameters such as settlement details there.

Thanks for the input.

It does not allow me to change any Settlement strategy.

We assign the strategy to the Project profile, I was looking for a way to get it to change in operative projects and get CJB2 running.

Looks like it is not possible.

Hi,

Changing Settlement starategy will be difficult in Operative Projects during Project execution. For which you need to change settlement parameters in Projects as informed you earlier. You need to create a new settlement strategy & assign to Project profile, but after settlement the new recevier cost object (as per new startegy) won't have existing settled details. Please decide accordingly.
