SRM Workflow WS14500026 stuck in status waiting

Hi all,

Since monday several documents in my productive environment are getting stuck in waiting status.

After published, bid invitations have its status turned to "IN APPROVAL" and the work item that should turn to "STARTED" remains in "WAITING STATUS". OF course bid invitation also remains with status "IN APPROVAL".

I have no DUMPS associated in ST22. My other environments don't have this problem which leads me to think that is something basis related.

I also haven't made any changes at workflow level recently. I have reviewed all workflow setup and everything seems to be fine.

Any idea about what could be happening ? What else could I check ?

Hi,

Check the approval conditions - one by one - for one bid that is having this status.

my guess is user is creating with diff master data /conditions - which is making these bids in geting that status.

this could not be a basis issue

Check whether those Bids are on hold. If yes, definetly these WF's will be in status "waiting".
