Dear Experts,

While try to add some line items in shopping cart to work area I' getting error message as some items are being processed by another user, but when checked in sm12 there are no lock entries and in BBP_PD the status is completed.

Hello,

Please implement note 1115597 which contains a list of prerequisite

notes that will update your system sourcings cockpit to be the most

uptodate version.

1115597 Service shopping cart remains in SOCO in SRM 4.0

I hope that this will help to solve your problem.

Kind regards,

Gaurav

Hello Sathya,

Please apply the note 1099462 and retest your system.

-> 1099462 - Message 'Items are being processed by another user'

Also please check SAP note:- 921018 and 1028009.

At any point of time, when a SC is moved to the work area, the whole

SC is locked at the header level. Since the "sourcing application" does

not apply the locks and the locks are applied by the PD layer, only the

name of the buyer who is processing the document can be displayed. The

PD layer just displays the name of the buyer processing the document

and with the OSS NOTE fix, this message is now made available to the

sourcing application. The reason for displaying only the name of the

buyer is that because at any point of time only the header is locked

and message goes on like ...."Buyer XXX is processing the document...".

I hope this will help. Please reward POINTS if useful.

Thanks and regards,

Gaurav.
